How rewards work
1. Earn credits by contributing to the community -- verify resources, volunteer, complete tasks, help peers.
2. Redeem credits for gift cards at local businesses, transit passes, and more.
3. Credits also unlock Forge career analysis (500), Refinery job tools (1,000), and the employer pipeline (2,500).
100 credits = $1 redemption value. Rewards are funded by local business partnerships, grants, and employer sponsors. Credits expire after 12 months of account inactivity.
